IF YOU HAVE FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE YOUR WINDSHIELD MAY BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AT NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE TO YOU. CALL US FOR DETAILS...

If you have full coverage insurance and would like to have your insurance company help you pay for your broken auto glass or windshield repair, please follow Option 1 or Option 2.

Option 1

First, call your insurance company. In most cases you will have an option for glass claims. Once you verify coverage and a statement of loss is established, designate The Windshield Shop as the company you choose to use and a referral number will be issued.

With the referral number we can communicate and bill your insurance company direct. Remember the agent or claim service is legally prohibited to suggest a specific glass shop. You have the right to choose the repair facility that best suits your needs.

Next, the agent will hold a three-way call with you and our company to schedule the appointment or they will fax us an authorization form and we will call you to schedule the appointment. At this point, we have all the necessary information to replace or repair your broken auto glass and direct bill your insurance company.

Option 2

If you know your deductible and have your insurance policy number, simply call us to initiate your claim for you. We will arrange a three-way call with your insurance company to verify coverage and obtain a referral number. Once that is completed, we will schedule and complete your replacement or repair.
